1. Introduction

ENOVISTA LIMITED (“Enovista”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in Cyprus. We operate the website www.enovistamobile.com (the “Site”) and publish Coinmama Wallet, a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet mobile application (the “App”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site, the App, and the related authentication, wallet, notification, security, support, analytics, and backend services that we use to provide them (together, the “Services”). It explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the rights available to you.

Unless otherwise stated in this policy, Enovista is the controller of the personal data described here. Because Cyprus is a member state of the European Union, this policy is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2. Website Visitors

This section applies only to visitors of the Site. If you use the App, the sections below also apply to you.

You can browse the Site without creating an account, and we do not ask Site visitors to provide personal data. When you visit the Site, our analytics tools collect aggregated, anonymised usage statistics on our behalf, such as browser type, device type, approximate region, pages visited, and language preference.

These statistics are used solely to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and user experience. We do not use website analytics data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Email address. You sign in to the App with your email address and a one-time passcode. We process your email address for:

User and account identifiers. Internal identifiers that we assign to your account. We process them for:

App functionality

Device and application identifiers. Identifiers relating to your device or your installation of the App. We process them for:

App functionality, including push notifications and transaction-status notifications

We do not use your email address for analytics. We do not sell personal data and we do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

5. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the Services. These providers act on our behalf and on our instructions, and we do not treat them as independent recipients with whom your personal data is shared for their own purposes. They fall into the following categories:

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

You can initiate deletion of your account from the Coinmama Wallet app menu. Because the App is a non-custodial wallet, closing your account could otherwise result in irreversible loss of assets, so deletion is completed after any remaining assets have been transferred out or the relevant private keys have been exported.

If you cannot access the App, you may request account deletion by emailing support@enovistamobile.com from the email address associated with your account. Use “Coinmama Wallet account deletion” as the subject. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

Eligible deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and in any event within 30 calendar days. We confirm completion by email. Upon completion, your email address, user identifiers, device or notification identifiers, and associated App records are deleted or anonymised.

Limited records may be retained where required for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Such records are kept only for the applicable legally required period.

Automatic account recovery is not available after closure. Please note that records on public blockchains are outside Enovista’s control and cannot be modified or deleted.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption of personal data in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, data minimisation, and application-integrity and security measures.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we regularly review and update our safeguards to protect your personal data.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

Access to your personal data
Correction of inaccurate personal data
Deletion of your personal data
Restriction of processing
Portability of your personal data
Objection to certain processing
Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent

ENOVISTA LIMITED is based in Cyprus, which is within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Our service providers may process personal data outside the EEA. Where required by applicable law, we use legally recognised safeguards for such transfers, including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

11. Age Restriction

Coinmama Wallet is intended only for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal data to us, please contact us at support@enovistamobile.com.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including official app marketplaces and partner services. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies.
